Really good Stay Near the Beach
reserved parking clean bedding comfy beds
I booked a parking place in advance. This proved very useful, as it gave me peace of mind. The rooms had clean bedding. I found the beds VERY comfy after my long days exploring. The location, close to major attractions, helped me save time.
The archway to the car park was a LITTLE narrow.

The host was accommodating. He ensured my rooms were ready upon arrival, allowing me to drop off my bags. He answered any questions quickly. This. I APPRECIATED the friendly assistance .

The hotel is situated just off the promenade. I found it convenient for walking to the tower and the pleasure beach. The central and south piers are within easy reach. This made it EASY to explore the area.

an okay experience.
great breakfast great host central location narrow archway dirty floor difficult access
the location was great. it was central for both the pleasure beach and the tower. we had a great breakfast too. josh was a great host. he couldn't do enough.
the car park was a bit difficult to access. the archway was narrow. it took a few tries to get through it. the room wasn't very clean. there were crumbs all over the floor.

central location lovely room great breakfast great host
i enjoyed the central location to the pleasure beach and tower. the room had everything i needed for my stay. breakfast was also great and plentiful. josh was a great host and always ready to help.
The car park access was through a narrow archway. It required a few attempts
